FOUNDER
Charles T. Kidd (1945 - 1990)
Charles T. Kidd was born and educated in California. After graduation from high school, Mr. Kidd worked as an unskilled laborer for various companies. He began working in the consumer finance industry for Transamerica Finance (Formerly Pacific Finance) and became the youngest branch manager in company history at the age of 21. He went on to manage one of the company’s largest branch offices. Mr. Kidd left the finance industry to return to college. He graduated with honors from the University of Southern California. While at USC, Mr. Kidd received various awards and honors and served as president of the national honorary accounting fraternity. He was also inducted in the Society of the Skull and Dagger, which is the university’s highest nonacademic honor.
Upon graduation from college, Mr. Kidd joined the international accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. While at DH&S, Mr. Kidd’s client responsibilities included small businesses as well as some of the largest corporations from various sectors of the American economy, including Hughes Aircraft Company, the Los Angeles Herald Examiner and Sunkist Growers. Mr. Kidd was founder and president of Trojan Professional Services, which offers various products and services to dentists. Currently, thousands of dentists are subscribers to the company’s services. During his last decade with Trojan, Mr. Kidd spoke before dental societies and dental service organizations and led the company’s dental practice management seminars.

CODE of ETHICS
As dental consultants, we are a team of professionals devoted to a professional code of ethics in order to achieve high levels of ethical consciousness, decision making and consel by the members of the profession. The code is meant to influence us throughout our careers. It stimulates our continuing study of ethical issues and challenges us to explore our ethical responsibilities.
By holding ourselves accountable to meeting the standards stated in the CODE, we enhance the profession’s trust on which our professional privelege and status are founded. Specifics to the ADMC Code of Ethics are:
To lead us to recognize ethical issues and choices and to guide us in making more informed ethical decisions.
- To increase our professional and ethical consciousness and sense of ethical responsibility.
- To establish a standard for professional judgment and conduct.
- To provide a statement of the ethical behavior the profession expects from us.
To this end, responsibility is central to our ethics. We are obligated to practice our profession in a way that supports our mission statement, beliefs and values in accordance with the fundamental principles that support our ethics. We acknowledge the following responsibilities:
Provide services utilizing high levels of professional knowledge, judgment and skill.
- Hold professional client relationships confidential.
- Serve as an advocate for the welfare of clients.
- Provide clients with information necessary to make informed decisions about their practice and encourage their full participation in decisions and goals.
- Refer clients to other consultants when their needs are beyond our ability or scope of expertise.
- Participate in the development and advancement of our profession.
- Act in ways that bring credit to our profession while demonstrating appropriate respect for colleagues in other professions.
- Promote a positive image for our profession.
These fundamental principals, universal concepts and general laws of conduct provide the foundation of our strong commitment to ethical standards in our profession.
