HOTEL & MEETING NEWS: Our assigned hotel is the Peabody Orlando Hotel. We have a block of sleeping rooms reserved in our name. Members will be able to reserve these rooms directly through the ADA.
In April they will be sending us a password and a link to reservations. The room deposit is $250 and the rooms are $259 per night. Our rooms will be held until June 18th only. After that they will be released.
Here is a tentative schedule for our meetings:
Thursday, 10/7/10
11am-12pm - Board Meeting - all members invited and encouraged to attend.
12pm-1pm - Luncheon
1pm-5:30pm - Members Only Meeting
5:30pm-6:30pm - Members Only Cocktail Reception
Friday, 10/8/10
7:30am-5:00pm - General Meeting
12pm-1:30pm - Luncheon
6pm-8pm - Cocktail Reception
