| About the Consultant: | 33 years ago, when Lois began her career as a dental receptionist, she discovered simple practical methods for streamlining scheduling, resolving outstanding insurance claims and decreasing accounts receivable. With the help of her newly found techniques, she became financial manager of a large dental practice in Minneapolis. In this position she gained further insights…becoming an “insurance detective”, and accounts receivable expert, team-building counselor and internal marketing guru. Soon, other offices were contacting her for advice. All of this “hands-on” experience has provided Lois a solid, practical foundation to help your practice. Ms. Banta is a member of and on the board of directors for “The Speaking and Consulting Network”. Ms. Banta is owner of Banta Consulting, Incorporated, a company designed to assist dental practices in managing their offices while at the same time, de-stressing their environment. Lois is also a member of ADMC (Academy of Dental Management Consultants), ADAA (American Dental Assistants Association and AADPA (American Academy of Dental Practice Administration. All topics listed can be customized for any dental practice. Lois gives seminars across the country. Professional Retreats is designed to be given to individual practices or by invitation. An annual ski retreat seminar is held each year. Lois also offers consulting services to dental offices – one year commitments, focus or phone consults. |
