| About the Consultant: | Jody began her consulting career in 1985 after graduating from college with a set of degrees that made her attractive to general business consulting companies. She found her niche in dentistry and in 1994 co-founded MOSAIC Management Group, a dental management coaching and consulting firm. She believes in working with dentists and their teams to create fulfilling, less stressful, and profitable practices. Jody knows each practice has its unique culture. There is no one size fits all or standard program that works for every practice. Jody truly enjoys providing comprehensive, personalized service to meet the needs of an individual practice. Her passion for resolving issues and creating simple straightforward solutions is why clients achieve their professional goals, maintain long-term relationships with MOSAIC, and refer others. Jody has taught practice administration as guest faculty at the L.D. Pankey Institute and is co-author of the book, Get Paid for Your Services: Simple, Sensible Payment Arrangements That Work.
