| About the Consultant: | Dr. Don Hanson practiced general dentistry for 32 years before he formed a transition consulting firm committed to providing personalized consulting services to dentists and other dental professionals. He has experience in writing transition and employment agreements, evaluating financial statements, proforma development and analysis, marketing practice opportunities and successfully adding dentists to group and solo practices. His clients are “fee for service” dentists who may be buying or selling a practice, adding an associate or partner, acquiring an existing practice or opening a new practice. Having been in both solo and group practices, he has an in-depth knowledge of the important details of owning and managing a dental practice. His goal is not be “all things” to each client; therefore he has networked with other experienced dental professionals who can offer services in various areas of practice management. He is committed to offering a personal, professional, confidential and responsive service to each client. Don is a member of several professional organizations, including the ADA, Montana Dental Association, and the American College of Dentists. He had previously had a long term membership in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Dental Group Practice. His involvement is a life long learning commitment, striving to pursue excellent opportunities and affiliations with quality dentists and other dental professionals. |
