| About the Consultant: | Lynda Kizer is President, consultant and trainer for Lynda Kizer and Associates, Inc. which operates in the Rocky Mountain Region. She is noted for her expertise in business development, systems implementation, leadership and team building for the entire team. She also assists clients in transition planning. Lynda has been serving Colorado dentists with her consulting since 1994, with an additional 15 years experience in the dental industry. She has successfully started and run two non-profit organizations and several marketing and fund-raising campaigns. Lynda has published articles in various dental publications. She conducts management seminars and is a speaker for the University of Colorado Dental School and various Study Clubs. She is currently serving on the advisory Board for a non-profit Dental Clinic in Denver.
