| About the Consultant: | Cindy Ishimoto has been a speaker, consultant and author for over 30 years. Her knowledge in all facets of dentistry, people skills, and communication is reflected in her ability to teach and train. Her lectures are focused on helping practices establish systems that balance serving patients, profitability and enjoyment of profession. She is well known for her expertise in the business, financial management, motivational and team building systems of the practice. As a consultant, coach and trainer Cindy has worked with general practitioners and all specialties. Cindy possesses outstanding perceptual abilities in identifying problem areas and teaching their solutions. Her philosophy is that each doctor, team member and practice is unique. She helps each one to achieve their goals and dreams by providing coaching tailored to individual needs. Cindy is an active member of The Academy of Dental Management Consultants, the National Speakers Association, the American Association of Dental Office Managers and the American Dental Assistants Association. She maintains her own consulting business and is also a management consultant working with Jameson Management. |
