| About the Consultant: | Susan Kulakowski is owner of DDS Consulting, L.L.C. She believes through exceptional communication, organization, teamwork and customer service, every practice can reach levels of success they never dreamed possible. Information without motivation only results in frustration. Susan believes in empowering each member of the team to embrace the owner doctor's vision and goals through the Four R's of motivation: Respect, Responsibility, Recognition and Reward. A team of self directed leaders at all levels is created through proper training, trusting, delegation and appreciation. In addition to speaking, consulting, and writing Susan is an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants. She has been recognized by Dental Products Report's Annual Leaders in Dental Consulting the past four years. As a member of the Linda Miles and Associate's team since 2001, Susan has varying experience she can lend to all phases of practice management. She was one of two private consultants selected by the U.S. Air Force in 2003-2004 for its DCO, Dental Clinic Optimization project, with its goal total efficiency in more than 80 bases world wide. |
