| About the Consultant: | Violet Mathis is president of The V Factor, Mathis Consulting bringing over 30 years experience in the dental field. Outside of Dental Hygiene, she trained with one of the larger transition and management consulting firms in the states and then opened her own company in 2000. A belief that one must love what you do and know that each day we have a choice is crucial to our health and well being. Violet believes communication and training are the keys to daily operations running smoothly which directly will increase the bottom line. Hiring the proper staff and placing them in the correct position are valuable tools to working as a team. Violet is a certified consultant for Bent Erickson & Associates, employment law and human resource specialist, as well as IPM (Integrated Performance Management).
