| About the Consultant: | Serena is the President and Owner of Advanced Dental Consulting, based in Orem, UT. She started in the dental field in 1978. Before consulting, she started and managed three very successful practices. She gained invaluable knowledge and experience, with an emphasis on insurance, practice management, collections, increase production and continuing care education, practice start-ups, as well as empowering dentists and their team and creating positive change. Serena has a passion for dentistry. She resides in Orem, Utah with her children.
