| About the Consultant: | Flossie Riesner, BA, MA, is president of Riesner Consulting, creating smiles for dentists, patients and staff since 1999. Flossie advises clients in over 24 states, and has worked in dental management for over 35 years. She develops a personal custom-designed management program for her clients through in-office and telephone consulting to realize the full potential of the practice. This results in a rapid increase in the productivity and profitability of the office with decreased stress for the doctor. The in-office consulting is conducted while the office is open and productive, and follow-up telephone consulting for a significant period of time is included in the consulting fee. Her passion is to teach dentists how to create an extraordinary team environment in the office which empowers the staff members to act like partners with the doctor. Although she investigates all areas of the management of the practice, her specialty is developing and enhancing office systems. She works closely with the hygienists employed in the practice to make their department as profitable as possible. She coaches dentists to transform the management of their solo practices to successfully add an associate who will become a partner in the practice. Flossie has published articles in national dental journals and has spoken to dental groups in many areas of the country including the Liberty Dental Conference and the Texas Dental Association. |
