| About the Consultant: | Laura has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She understands the business of dentistry from the ground up as she has been employed as a dental hygienist for several years. After completing her studies at Seton Hall University for her MBA she moved into the role of director of dental services in a multi doctor practice. After computerizing the practice she was asked by various dentist to help streamline their business systems. This was the beginning of her consulting career. She has worked with a large number of practices customizing systems and solutions to thier needs. She has worked with General Practitioners as well as Specialists. She has spoken on subjects such as scheduling skills, marketing, retention systems, preparation for assoicates and partnership and numerous other topics. She has provided hands on clinical workshops as well as dentist/team seminars. Her business and clinical knowledge allows her to successfully train the doctor and team on systems and processes that help them become exceptional in thier field. |
