Roz is renowned for her “verbal” skills, Insurance coding, Chart documentation, “Hiring Right” the first time and getting patients to PAY…..TODAY! Roz is a national speaker in the Dental industry as well as Practice Trainer and Advisor to over 500 dental practices throughout the United States and Canada for the past 15 plus years. Roz was a facilitator and practice coach with the former Dental Boot Kamp with Walter Hailey and Steve Anderson from 1998 - 2003. She is currently a presenter and Practice advisor with Steve Anderson’s ToPS, Total Patient Service Institute. Roz founded “Making a Difference…Today!” a Dental Training Company in the early 2000’s that customizes onsite training to the needs and wants of the dental practice. Each onsite visit is customized to what the team members and dentist want for the success of their practice. No two practices are trained alike, as Roz’s motto is “No two offices better are alike, so why should the systems be alike?” This is about your systems, not my systems. Roz was an instructor for the University of Florida Dental School, where Roz taught Hands-On Administrative courses to Business Team members of Dental Practices. Roz also teaches along with Pat Worcester, CDA, RDH, BS, a registered Dental Hygienist for the University of Florida, the only live patient Hands-on course in the United States Perio Program, Mission Possible…Best Hygiene. Roz has completed many hours of Webinars for Crown Council and Gold Dust Dental Lab on “Coding to Maximize Dental Benefits, Overcoming the Biggest Coding Mistakes Dental Offices Make, Coding with Confidence, 15 Steps to Prevent Embezzlement, Avoid Losing My Assets, and the Best 30 Secrets towards Getting your Patients to Pay Today!” Over the years, Roz has authored many articles for RMI Dental Success Newsletter and has a published Dental Letter Book where she has authored over 100 dental letters and scripts for dental practices. She has also authored customized Standard of Operations manuals for each position in the dental office. She has written systems for hiring and dismissing employees with dignity. Roz has completed many hours of education in Risk Management as well as Legal Documentation courses to learn the “legal” dos and don’ts for your clinical notes. She again customizes your chart notes to get your computer system ready for going paperless by 2015. Her greatest joys in life is her family, reading and golfing with husband Michael, daughters Toni Marie and Marianne plus her grandchildren, Christopher, Arianna and Andrew. |
