Aug 2011, Healthy Habits Challenge Article Title: President Tim Twigg announces "Healthy Habits Challenge" Dear Fellow ADMC Members: Attached is information on "The Health Habits Challenge" (HHC) which is designed to support the development and/or reinforcement of a myriad of healthy habits for improved health (body, mind & spirit) and to promote a healthier--and more balanced--lifestyle. The HHC is in keeping with our heath and wellness theme of wanting to be the best and healthiest consultants. Participation is strictly on-your-own; no reporting and it is laid out as a six (6) week plan. You track your own results and progress. The HHC simply represents a tool that you can use for yourself. Check it out. See if any of it might fit with your own personal goals and/or commitments. Consider getting buddies for added support and fun. Maybe if enough members expressed interest in “upping the bar on themselves” and reporting their results, we could come up with some prizes and added incentivest to support individual progress for those that might want to “play”.
