| About the Consultant: | Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and MBA in Accounting He leads the Mahan & Associates Practice Management Division which encompasses solutions for issues involving practice operations, practice profitability systems, reimbursement, human resources, practice transitions, associate contract review and web-based technical oversight. Chris is Certified Healthcare Business Consultant through the National Association of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants and serves on the Educational and Executive Committees of this organization.In his free time, Chris enjoys working with the youth at his church, playing golf and spending time by the pool with his wife Tabitha and daughter Trinity. Chris has worked with dentists for over 15 years and is a frequent lecturer on various practice management topics. |
