| About the Consultant: | Lynn began her career in dentistry in 1957 in Los Angeles, California as a dental assistant. Her first seventeen (17) years in the dental field were spent working in varied positions (chairside assistant, business assistant and office manager). She began her career as a consultant as one of the founding members of the Pride Institute (in those years it was Pacific Institute of Management and Design). In the early 1980's she moved to New York and started LYNN GARBER CONSULTANTS in 1982. As LYNN GARBER CONSULTANTS she provides a personalized customized program for the fee for service dental office. She specializes in a win-win team approach. Input from everyone in the office is what makes her approach successful. Both the staff and the dentist are involved in decisions about changes for the practice that are meant to benefit everyone. This approach results in implementing solutions for the practice that increase the office spirit and organization resulting in the ultimate goal of any dental practice improved production and profitability. Lynn is a guest lecturer at various national dental meetings and local dental societies; i.e. Greater New York Dental Meeting, Florida National Dental Congress, Treasure Coast Dental Society, Bronx County Dental Society, etc. She provides continuing education programs at the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, University of Missouri Kansas City, etc. Her programs offer solutions that can easily be implemented into a dental practice. As a member of The Academy of Dental Management Consultants I hope to further quality relationships with professionals who share a passion for providing a service that benefits the well being of everyone. I hope to learn from these professionals and be able to contribute my experiences to support them on their journey. |
