| About the Consultant: | Linnell started in dentistry 40 years ago as a dental assistant then moved forward to a receptionist. During that time she was offered a life changing experience that allowed even more experiences and knowledge of many different dental practices. This position was sponsored by the University of WA and was to promote expanded duties to the auxiliary personnel. It was from that Professional Management Associates was established. It is a company that specialized in all aspects of dental practice management. Her reputation and style is definitely a team approach. She enjoys working from starting a practice from scratch with all step-by-step procedures to making a very successful practice, with the ups and downs during the years, to transitioning to a new dentist. Consulting is truly her passion. She wants only a win-win situation that will empower a successful dentist, staff and most of all very rewarding happy patients. She has presented programs & lectures to regional study clubs, universities, state meetings and conferences. She has also sponsored many seminars on various topics. |
