ADMC Member announces new website to align dentists, staff and patients
Wendy Lipton-Dibner, M.A., president of Professional Impact, Inc., announces the launch of MyDoctorStory.com. The interactive website is designed to bring dentists, staff and patients together by sharing stories of their experiences together in dentistry.
MyDoctorStory.com offers dentistry practices a free feedback service, as well as ongoing tips to improve communications, team work and patient care. People are invited to nominate doctors and their staff for an annual Outstanding Care Award, given to practices that demonstrate excellence in interpersonal skills and alignment with their patients. 2010 awards will be determined by a panel of experts and announced on MyDoctorStory.com in December.
